The soft, breathable fabric makes it more comfortable to wear in our climate, as we go about our essential tasks. These washable and reusable fabric masks are made with double layered 100% cotton fabric, with an inner cotton gauze pocket forξ

Our choice of fabric is breathable and hypoallergenic, which is beneficial for those with sensitive skin and children as well.ξ

Adult Masks come in
- M (Petite Adult, Teenagers)
- L (Standard Adult - We currently packξL size for all our standard adult orders and they fit 70-80% of our customers)
- XL (above average Adult, for customers who are not able to fit standard adult face masks)
For non-Asian customers: based on sizing feedback from our all our past orders from non-Asian customers, we recommend sizing up for the masks. If you are purchasing for adult male members of your family, we recommend considering sizing up to the XL size.ξ
We will not be carrying out exchanges for the masks due to sizing reasons. Please double check on your size with this sizing guide before you place your order.

We currently pack 'L' size masks for all our regular orders in packs of all 4 designs. If you require different sizing or specific designs only, please indicate clearly in the notes
For example, XL x 2pcs (Yellow Diamond), L x 2pcs (Black Zigzag).
All our masks come in a set of 4. To streamline our processes, we are unable to mix-and-match designs between the different adult or kids sets due to the volume of orders.
All custom requests will be assessed by the team. We will try to accommodate custom requests if possible and fulfil them based on our production capacity. Please add 2-3 working days additional processing time for such requests.

Orders typically take 5-7 working days (not including weekends) to dispatch. Expect a delay of shipments due to the volume of orders and reduced manpower in line with government restrictions. All orders with custom requests will take a couple more working days to process. We are producing and packing the masks as fast as we can.
