    EXCHANGE POLICY

    In-Store Exchange Policy

    • We do not accept cash or card refunds in our stores.

    • We only accept exchanges for items of the same value or higher.

    • Exchanges can only be done when a receipt is presented. Items must be brand new for it to be eligible for exchange

    • Items must be exchanged at the store at which they are purchased from.

    • We allow for exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date on the receipt.

    • T-shirt orders (t-shirts are custom printed in the studio upon receiving the order)
      • All orders are final. 
      • We do not accept exchanges for t-shirts of another size and another design that have to be custom printed in the studio.
      • We do not accept exchanges for t-shirts that are damaged due to incorrect washing and ironing methods. Please visit our Care Instructions Page to find out more about the care instructions for our t-shirts.
    • Strictly no exchanges for jewellery (applies to all ear studs and necklaces)

    Online Store Exchange Policy

    • Exchange of items are strictly for:
      • Defective items
      • Orders that are dispatched wrongly.
    • For errors in orders dispatched, such as defective item or wrong order sent, please contact us at shop@independentmarket.sg .
      • Kindly include images of the defective or wrong item, as well as your order number, in the email. We will get back to you within 2-4 working days.
      • Exchange for online items can only be done within 14 days of the order being shipped out from the store
    • We currently only offer 1-for-1 exchanges for items for online orders at our Tanglin Mall store (Tanglin Mall, #03-06A).

    • T-shirt orders (Please note that all t-shirts are custom printed in the studio upon receiving the online order)
      • All orders are final.
