The Eng Hoon Street print by Lee Xin Li is named after Melaka-born local merchant, Koh Eng Hoon (许行云). The junction where Seng Poh Road and Eng Hoon Street meets is where the famed Loo's Hainanese Curry Rice used to be.
The Hainanese curry rice stall has been operating since 1946 and is currently located at the junction of Seng Poh Road and Eng Watt Street. Eng Watt Street is also named after a Melaka-born merchant, See Eng Watt.
